Once you’ve been in touch with my team, I (Ryan) will reach out to you personally to schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet.
I’ll drive out to your home to learn more about your goals and vision for your patio, patio cover, and/or entire outdoor living space. I’ll answer all your questions and we can review images of various patio cover styles and options you may be interested in.
I may take measurements of your patio area and I’ll begin mapping out a plan for your desired outdoor living space.
Within 1-3 days after my visit, I’ll provide you with a detailed no-obligation price estimate with no hidden surprises.
In most cases I provide 2-3 different patio cover options that vary in price depending on level of finish you desire.
Once you’ve decided to build your patio cover with us, then we’ll schedule your start date.
You’ll stay in communication with me (Ryan) during the entire patio, patio cover build.
Me and my highly skilled crew will manage the entire process including permits (if necessary), delivering materials, and clean-up along the way.
Once your project is completed, I’ll walk you through the entire build to make sure you’re completely satisfied with every detail of your custom patio, patio cover so that you and your family can enjoy it for years to come!

While there are an unlimited amount of patio cover styles, options, and details to choose for your custom patio cover, there are 2 major patio cover styles that most Dallas Texas homeowners choose from when they choose us as their patio cover builder…
A very popular style chosen by our Dallas Texas neighbors due to the solid functionality and lower cost.
Take a closer look at Option #1 image above (or left on desktop) where the patio cover meets the existing home roof.
Since this home had existing gutters installed, we built the cover slightly above the existing roofline allowing transition that avoids water running into the covered patio area.
If you don’t have existing gutters, then we will install transition flashing from your existing roof to your patio cover roof so rain water runs off without entering the covered patio area.
The flat metal roof isn’t really flat but includes enough pitch to allow water to run off. We also added concrete patio extension and walkway.

Because we seamlessly build the patio cover into your existing home structure, the outcome tends to be a bit more visually appealing yet it comes at a higher cost.
Take a look at the Option #2 image above (or left on desktop). We added the entire covered area that includes stained cedar slat ceiling underlayment.
As you can see, patio cover is built seamlessly into the existing home’s structure with no gaps or spacing.
In this build we extended the cement patio, covered it with a gable roof center section and two slightly pitched side sections. We installed a matching shingle roof over the entire cover to match the existing roof shingles.
We added matching gutters. We added matching brick/stonework. And we added electrical for outlets, lighting, and ceiling fans.

Although we’ve been building for over a decade, we started specializing in building concrete patios and patio covers, custom pergolas, as well as decks back in 2020 and we’ve built hundreds ever since.
We’ll build your outdoor living space completely from scratch. From pouring a completely new concrete patio slab, to extending your existing patio concrete slab, we will do it all.
We will handle everything including permits and approvals (if needed). We will work with you on ideation and design of your custom patio cover.
Next, we’ll frame your patio cover and finish with electrical, plumbing, stonework, outdoor kitchen space, and anything else your heart desires.
