Good old fashioned pressure treated wood decks are a good option these days if a composite deck isn’t within your budget.
Pressure treated PT wood does need regular staining and/or painting in order to maintain the strength and integrity of the wood.
You should stain your pressure treated wood deck every 2-3 years. Painted sections of your deck should be repainted every 5-10 years although you’re typically NOT going to paint the decking (floor) of your deck because that paint would peel due to foot traffic.

In most cases I provide 2-3 different deck options that vary in price depending on level of finish you desire. Once you’ve decided to build your deck with us, then we’ll schedule your start date.
You’ll stay in communication with me (Ryan) during the entire deck build.
Me and my highly skilled crew will manage the entire process including permits (if necessary), delivering materials, and clean-up along the way.
Once your project is completed, I’ll walk you through the entire build to make sure you’re completely satisfied with every detail of your custom deck so that you and your family can enjoy it for years to come!
