Although a broom finished concrete slab is the standard and often lowest cost option for patio concrete, there are several options for you to chose from depending on your budget and your taste…
Stamped concrete patios, also known as decorative is often used to create a more high-end customized look. But that high-end custom look will come at a higher cost than the standard broom finished patio slab.
We can stamp your concrete to look like natural Stone, Brick, Tile, Flagstone, without you having to pay the even higher cost of adding actual stone, brick, tile, or flagstone.
Colored concrete is a great option that allows you to match the color of your patio slab with your home and/or outdoor space design/style look without the luxury pricing.

We’ll get started with our most popular and “cost effective” patio cover option…
Single slope patio covers consist of a flat roof, typically metal, that slopes in a single direction away from your home.
A very popular style chosen by our Ellis County Texas and surrounding communities neighbors due to the solid functionality and lower cost.
If you home already has existing gutters installed, then we can built the cover slightly above the existing roofline allowing transition that avoids water running into the covered patio area.
If you don’t have existing gutters, then we will install transition flashing from your existing roof to your patio cover roof so rain water runs off without entering the covered patio area.
Single slope patio covers are clean, simple, and quicker to build than the other types.

Gables roof patio covers have two sections that meet in the middle, creating a peak. Gable roofs are popular on higher budget luxury builds because it gives the patio a luxurious opened feel.
The higher roof allows increased airflow as well as more natural light to shine in to your living area.
Gable roof covers work well for bigger patios of homeowners who want to maximize the “opened air” feel of their outdoor living space.
Hip roof patio covers slope down on at least 3 sides creating a cleanly finished look intended to making your covered outdoor living area look like it was built at the same time that your home was built.
Hip roofs distribute weight evenly on all sides. They are commonly known as the strongest of the three roof structures making it a good option for areas that get strong wind or heavy storms.
Because of the complexity required in building a hip roof patio cover these types are often higher priced than the other two options mentioned above.

Once you’ve been in touch with my team, I (Ryan) will reach out to you personally to schedule a time that is convenient for you to meet.
I’ll drive out to your home to learn more about your goals and vision for your patio, patio cover, and/or entire outdoor living space. I’ll answer all your questions and we can review images of various patio cover styles and options you may be interested in.
I may take measurements of your patio area and I’ll begin mapping out a plan for your desired outdoor living space.
Within 1-3 days after my visit, I’ll provide you with a detailed no-obligation price estimate with no hidden surprises.
In most cases I provide 2-3 different patio cover options that vary in price depending on level of finish you desire. Once you’ve decided to build your patio and or patio cover with us, then we’ll schedule your start date.
You’ll stay in communication with me (Ryan) during the entire patio, patio cover build.
Me and my highly skilled crew will manage the entire process including permits (if necessary), delivering materials, and clean-up along the way.
Once your project is completed, I’ll walk you through the entire build to make sure you’re completely satisfied with every detail of your custom patio, patio cover so that you and your family can enjoy it for years to come!
